WHO WE WORK WITH

Our clients are senior business leaders and their teams. They have already enjoyed considerable success in their careers and are typically facing substantial and often changing leadership opportunities where their success depends on delivering results through people.

The expectations organisations place on these Ieaders mean they need to be able to think reflectively under pressure, often during times of rapid organisational change. This requires them to tap into new and frequently under-explored parts of their personality and their leadership.

In the following interview from the 2009 Ridler Report, one of Clive’s CEO clients talks about how working with Clive helped them.
