Graeme Summers
A co-founder of his own business, which is independent of ridler & co, Graeme supervises ridler & co’s coaches. Graeme is an executive coach, psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor with over twenty years’ experience of coaching and training individuals and groups in a diverse range of contexts, including corporate, statutory and voluntary organisations.
His business and professional experience includes his current work as a tutor with London Business School, where he works with senior executives from major global corporations. Previously he was coaching trainer for the Scottish Network of Business Psychologists and Director of Training at one of the largest Transactional Analysis (TA) training institutes in the UK.
After a first degree in psychology, Graeme completed his post-graduate diploma in Transactional Analysis, became a UKCP registered in 1994 and the following year was endorsed to supervise and train others in TA. He has published innovations in TA and coaching psychology and presented at numerous national and international conferences.
