Angela Buxton
An executive coach since 2002, Angela has worked with
senior executives in a wide range of organisations,
including asset managers, investment banks, law firms,
health care providers and retailers. Angela's style of
coaching involves the use of dialogue to analyse
assumptions and reveal new insights, which can clarify
vision and improve the effectiveness of business leaders.
Prior to becoming a coach, Angela worked for a leading US
bank as head of pan-European research and director of a
team of global portfolio managers. She was an investment
banker for over twenty years, starting her career as an
investment analyst in the European pharmaceutical and
chemical sectors, before co-founding her own successful
research boutique.
Angela has a Masters degree in Chemistry from Oxford
University. She has completed the BACP and UKCP training
requirements for accreditation as an existential
psychotherapist. She also has a Certificate in Executive
Coaching from the University of Strathclyde.
Toby Ingham
Toby has been an executive coach since 2000 and has
coached extensively in the media, energy, investment
banking, accountancy, legal and retail sectors. Toby helps
his coaching clients to achieve objectives that add
significant value to their businesses. He has built up a
reputation for helping clients to develop their
interpersonal skills and better understand their impact on
others.
Before training as an executive coach, Toby ran business
development and marketing departments for Aegis PLC.
Toby graduated in English from Goldsmith's College, London.
He has completed a rigorous and lengthy professional
training and is registered with the UKCP as an analytic
psychotherapist. In addition, he has an MA from London
University in Literature, Culture and Modernity.
Clive Mann
Clive is a co-founder and Managing Director of
ridler & co.
An executive coach and group facilitator since 2003, he has
coached in a wide range of sectors, including financial
services, accountancy, telecommunications, food and
pharmaceuticals. In his coaching he combines hard-edged
commercial experience and strategic insight with a thorough
understanding of organisational dynamics, to enhance the
performance and organisational effectiveness of board
members, senior managers and high potentials.
Before becoming a coach Clive spent twenty years working in
senior finance and strategy roles in the financial services
industry, starting as a fixed income specialist in an
investment bank, then working in mergers and acquisitions
for a Big Four accountancy firm and finally as a strategic
planner for a FTSE 100 bank, where he worked closely with
the main board on projects of strategic importance to the
bank.
Clive has a degree in economics, qualified as a chartered
accountant and took an MBA from London Business School. He
is accredited as a coach with a degree-level coaching
diploma, and is in the final stages of an MA in integrative
psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. He is an associate
member of APECS (Association for Professional Executive
Coaching and Supervision) and a visiting tutor at London
Business School.
Amanda Phillips
Amanda has been working independently as an executive
coach since 2002. She works with leaders and managers to
create climates for innovation, high performance and
well-being across a range of industries and sectors. She
supports her clients to strengthen their abilities to
influence key stakeholder groups and harness diverse
talents to succeed in today's complex corporate
environments.
Amanda has twenty years' experience in executive
development, organisational change and human resources and,
as a Principal Consultant in a "Big Four" global
professional services firm, she was the global manager for
key leadership development programmes designed to foster
creative thinking and innovation and also develop skills
for peak business performance and well-being at the partner
and director level. She also held senior operational roles
working with the business leaders.
Amanda holds Masters degrees in Human Resource Management
and Integrative Psychotherapy. She is a fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a
coaching supervisor at Oxford Brookes University and is an
accredited coach with the Association for Professional
Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS).
Liz Pick
Liz has been a coach since 1993. She combines a
warmth of style with a shrewd organisational understanding
to develop her client's ability to analyse objectively
their own behaviour at work, thereby increasing their
performance and effectiveness. Liz's coaching has spanned
the financial services, professional services, media,
telecommunications and technology sectors, among others.
Her previous career, for fifteen years, was in blue chip
corporate environments in the computer, electronics and
textile sectors where she was an award-winning sales
executive, with experience in marketing and manufacturing.
In addition to her first degree in textile economics, Liz
has a diploma in psychology from Birkbeck College, a
certificate in counselling from Regent's College and Level
B certification in psychometric testing. She also has
completed a one year course in group dynamics at the
Institute of Group Analysis.
