Clive Mann

Clive is Managing Director and Founder of Ridler & Co.

A highly experienced executive coach, Clive coaches CEOs and top talent in blue chip and mid-sized institutions in a diverse range of sectors. In his coaching he combines hard-edged, senior level commercial experience and strategic insight with a supportive and empathic coaching style.

Before becoming a coach, Clive spent twenty years working in finance and strategy roles in the financial services and professional services sectors, including fixed income salesman in an investment bank (Bankers Trust), mergers and acquisitions executive with Deloitte Corporate Finance, chief accountant with an entrepreneurial financial services business and senior strategic adviser to the main board of Abbey National.

Clive has a degree in Economics from Newcastle University (1981), trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes and received his MBA from the London Business School, where he is currently an Executive Coach in its Executive Education arm. He has a degree-level coaching accreditation, a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and is a UKCP registered psychotherapist.

Clive races sailing dinghies in his spare time at Itchenor Sailing Club and has competed successfully at world championship level in the International 14 class.
