Toby Ingham

Toby is a highly experienced coach, working with board and partner level individuals. In his coaching work Toby takes time to explore the measurable objectives that would, if achieved, add significant value to the client’s business performance. He helps senior executives to crystallise and manage their particular leadership issues and his client base includes task-oriented technical professionals, whom he helps to adapt to more empathic ways of relating to colleagues and clients.

Toby’s career includes two decades of experience in the business world, including leading business development departments in the media sector, for companies such as Aegis. He has worked in a wide range of businesses in both private sector and partnerships.

Toby graduated in English from London University, holds a Masters degree in Psychotherapy from City University and is a UKCP registered analytic psychotherapist.

In his spare time Toby plays guitar in a gypsy jazz band.
