David Findley

David is an Associate Director of Ridler & Co.

David is a highly experienced executive coach who works with senior executives and functional leaders in international companies, with entrepreneurs and with Board members in the not-for-profit sector.

His clients appreciate his strong sense of personal empathy and trust, combined with his rich experience in working at Board and senior management level across different sectors and cultures.

David has over 25 years experience in business and HR leadership roles in the engineering, pharmaceutical and real estate sectors. He was Director for Executive and Organisation Development and Director of International Human Resources for Glaxo Wellcome during the late 1990s and, prior to his move into executive coaching, was Global HR Director for the Australia-based Lend Lease Corporation.

David has a degree and PhD in Chemistry from Nottingham University and, more recently, studied at INSEAD for a Diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology. He has worked closely with a number of major business schools including INSEAD, Duke and London Business School where he is an Executive Coach in its Executive Education arm.

David has a smallholding in Kent and has recently started keeping rare breed pigs.
