A
highly experienced executive coach, Mike coaches senior individuals,
often high IQ individuals seeking to make more use of their EQ (emotional
quotient) whilst still remaining true to themselves. His clients value
the depth of insight and positive energy which he brings to his work.
Mike worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 25 years, 14 years of which as a partner. He advised top-tier global clients on IT, Risk Management and Human Resources and was a successful leader for many years of various PwC business units, using a coaching leadership style to deliver improved bottom line results. Mike currently works as an Executive Coach in London Business School’s Executive Education arm.
Mike graduated in Maths from Durham University (1980) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes. Whilst at PwC he undertook four years of distance learning to study developmental psychology and psychotherapy. He also has an advanced diploma in coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
In his spare time Mike plays cricket and he practises T’ai Chi daily.
