Ridler & Co was founded by Clive Mann in 2001 and a team of coaches was formed over a period of years from some of the best coaches who had worked together at London Business School and in other professional organisations, over a long period of time.

Our coaches are not either business people or psychologists, by background. The best practices from both disciplines are integrated in each coach.
