Development of Internal Coaching at the Big Four Accountancy Firms: Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PWC – November 2014

Ridler & Co hosted a workshop on the development of internal coaching in the UK at the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms, namely Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC. This took place on 25th November 2014 at 42 Berkeley Square. The Big Four have developed their internal coaching into particularly sophisticated functions where the credibility of internal coaching has become extremely well established. Four senior internal coaches from all Big Four firms presented on specific aspects of their use of internal coaching. Clare Allen – Senior Executive Coach, KPMG presetnted on ‘The importance of the business needs driving the introduction of coaching’. Claire Davey – Head of Coaching and Leadership Development, Deloitte presetnted on ‘Links from coaching to organisational development and systemic work in the organisation’. Nicki Hickson – Director of Coaching, UK and Ireland, EY presetnted on ‘Coaching administration system and measurement’. Maria Symeon – Global Coaching Leader, PwC presetnted on ‘Situations where executive coaching is used in PwC’.
